In short: the contact form sends what you write straight to Rachelle so she can reply about a session. This page explains what it collects and where it goes.

What the contact form collects

When you submit an inquiry, the form collects the details you provide — your name, email, and optionally your phone number, session type, timeframe, location, and message — for the sole purpose of responding to you about photography sessions.

Please share only what helps plan a session. The form isn’t the place for sensitive personal information such as financial, medical, or account details.

How it is used

Your information is used only to reply to your inquiry. It is not sold or shared for advertising. Each inquiry is emailed to Images by Rachelle and kept in a private business dashboard on this site, which only Rachelle and the people who support the site can sign in to.

Client galleries

Finished client galleries are hosted separately on ShootProof and are governed by ShootProof’s own privacy practices.
